It is one of the most comprehensive systems of medicine in the world, both in the physical/material and in the mental/spiritual sense. The special, as it were the heart of Ayurvedic medicine, are the Ayurvedic cures with the oil therapies and Pancha-Karma, the purification procedures. Ideal for a relaxing, calming massage that harmonizes the air element. Massage slowly with regular movements without applying pressure to the surface of the skin. Ingredients: sunflower, sesame, sweet almond, hazelnut, rhizinus, wheat germ, macadamia and avocado oils, coconut oil, shea butter, rosa rubiginosa, essential oils: tropical basil, sweet fennel, marjoram, lavandin grosso, rose geranium, sandalwood, mandarin, sweet orange, tarragon, gurjum.
This combination of basmati rice, peeled and halved mung beans with vegetables and spices, is considered in Ayurveda to be the ideal formula for a light, wholesome and filling meal.
Preparation
Briefly boil one portion (80 g) in approx. 300 ml water, put on a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Then add salt and butter or ghee to taste.
