Ideal for an invigorating, vitalizing massage that harmonizes the earth-water element. Massage with rhythmic, strong movements and pressure. Ingredients: sunflower, sesame, sweet almond, hazelnut, rhizinus, wheat germ, macadamia, avocado oils, coconut oil, shea butter, rosa rubiginosa, essential oils: pine (Pinus sylvestris), rosemary cineol, lemon, black spruce, nutmeg, bay leaf, coriander, ginger, pepper, peppermint.
This combination of basmati rice, peeled and halved mung beans with vegetables and spices, is considered in Ayurveda to be the ideal formula for a light, wholesome and filling meal.
Preparation
Briefly boil one portion (80 g) in approx. 300 ml water, put on a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Then add salt and butter or ghee to taste.

Application
Always shorten the wick to 0.5 cm before burning.
Stop using when ±1 cm of wax remains in the base.
Burn for at least one hour per 2 cm candle diameter each time the candle is lit to ensure the best burning efficiency.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
