Red lentils are peeled lentils – before being hulled, the lentil is a purple-brown. After hulling the lentils are easily cooked in approximately 10 minutes.

Preparation:
Wash 250 g of lentils, add 500 ml of water, add a small amount of salt if desired, bring to the boil, cook for about 10-15 minutes, season to taste.
